This congregation is located in
Michigan's UpperPeninsula.
The Hancock
congregation serves the twin cities of Houghton and Hancock.. Dan
& Lutrica Skaggs are in their 40th year in serving this congregation.
Many of our members are students of Michigan
Technological University.
Our building is located on Highway 41 in
Hancock, at the intersection of the Highway (South Lincoln Drive) and Michigan
Street. It is easy to recognize as it is an old white building with a high
steeple. You just stay on the highway through the downtown area which is one
way, and when the street becomes two way again, it is only one short and one
long block farther.
We meet Sunday morning at 10:00 a.m. for Bible
Study, and at 11:00 a.m. for worship. Currently we have Bible study
on Wednesday nights at 7:00 p.m. We do not currently have Sunday night
services.
We invite all those seeking to worship God in
spirit and in truth to join us as we seek to do so.
